Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment for the Services rendered is made with a delay of at least 60 and no more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents
a) accounts;
b) the certificate of delivery and acceptance of the services provided, signed by the Parties,
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
In the event that the contract is concluded with the SME, then the payment term is established in accordance with the current legislation
