You must provide:
• Fill out the KP (in the form of Appendix No. 1 to the TOR) and provide a scanned copy on the company's letterhead in PDF format with the date, signature of the authorized person and the seal of the organization
• Fill out the Participant's Questionnaire (in the form of Appendix No. 2 to the TOR) and provide a Word file and a scanned copy on the company's letterhead in PDF format with the date, signature of the authorized person and the seal of the organization.
• Provide a scanned copy of the OGRN Certificate,
• Provide a scanned copy of the license for private security activities,
• Provide information on work experience in the provision of security services in retail on the company's letterhead with the signature and seal of an authorized person;
• Provide feedback from companies that provide similar services;
• Provide documents for the head of the security company with a note on the completion of advanced training courses.
• Provide a transcript (detailing) of the cost of the services provided (Excel) in the form of Appendix No. 5 to the TOR
• Submit VAT declarations (a scanned copy of the sheet with a note on acceptance) for the last 12 months and payment orders for VAT payment
• Provide a staffing table
