Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The cost and scope of services is indicated in the corresponding invoice for payment, which is issued by the Contractor upon completion of the order. Within 15 (fifteen) business days following the day of receipt of the invoice and the Act on the services rendered under this Agreement. issued by the Contractor, the Client transfers the amount indicated in the invoice to the account of the Contractor. The date of payment for the services rendered under this Agreement is the date of debiting the funds from the Client's current account.
Not later than 5 (five) business days from the date of rendering the services in full, the Parties sign the Act on the services rendered under this Agreement.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:
Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
