| Payment terms: | "Payment for the Contractor’s services is made by the Customer on the basis of the invoices issued by the Contractor to the current account indicated in them.
The invoices for payment under this Agreement are issued by the Contractor in the following order:
- on the start date of the stage - an advance payment invoice under the Agreement in the amount of 30% of the total cost of the stage under the Agreement;
- as of the date of signing of the Service Provision Act, an invoice for final settlement at the stage of the Agreement in the amount of 70% of the total cost of the stage under the Agreement.
The Customer pays the invoice issued by the Contractor for advance payment within 15 calendar days from the date of its issuing.
The final settlement of the completed stage is made within 15 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act on the provision of services for the corresponding stage and the submission of the invoice and invoice by the Contractor. The date of payment shall be the date of debiting funds from the Customer’s current account. " |

| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
