The group of companies "Shokoladnitsa" invites you to participate in the tender for the right to provide loading and unloading operations in warehouses, coffee shops, in parts of the regions of the Russian Federation GK Shokoladnitsa.

The company's card shall be submitted together with the commercial proposal.

This purchase (open request for proposals) is not an auction (tender or auction), and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, clause 2 of Art. 3 of the Federal Law of 18.07.2011 No. 223-FZ "On the procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities." This open RFP is also not a public tender and is not subject to articles 1057-1061. Part 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Bidding organizer shall have the right to reject all the received proposals for any reason or to terminate the RFP at any time, incurring no liability towards the participants.
