1. This request for a commercial offer is made in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer as part of the commercial offer request procedure, which (as well as the tender) is not an offer, auction or competition and its holding is not regulated by Art. 447-449 OF the Russian Federation, is not a public competition and is not regulated by Art. 1057-1065 GK RF.
The commercial offer must fully meet the requirements/criteria set out in the Technical Assignment.
The organization will not be allowed to tender without all the documents specified in the Request (or if they are not acceptable).
4. Algorithm of action in case of reasonable doubts about the fairness of the tender is held by the tenders.
