Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:- Postpaid non-cash payment system;
- Prices at the conclusion of the contract must be fixed for a period not less than 12.09.2020. (i.e. not less than 1 year);
- The date of fulfillment by the Customer of its obligations to pay for services shall be considered the date of debiting of funds from the Customer's current account;
- Payment for work / services is carried out within 21 (twenty one) calendar days from the date of the provision of a package of supporting documents (invoice, certificate of completion), and if the documents are submitted at different times - according to the last missing document.
Delivery terms:1) Availability of own cars not less than 30.
2) The term of the company is at least 1 year in the transport business.
3) The presence of machines with tail lift, with a capacity of 18 to 20 pallets and a carrying capacity of at least 10 tons. All transportation ONLY such cars.
4) The presence of a round-the-clock dispatch service.
5) The ability in a short time (24 hours) to provide an increase in transportation by 10-20%.
6) The cost of flights includes the return of vehicles to the RC (delivery of recyclables from supermarkets).
7) Only LLC, OJSC (we do not work with IP).
8) The ability to confirm the payment of taxes (providing a VAT return).
