Обоснование: Не допустить к стадии оценки и сопоставления заявок ООО «СПСР-Экспресс», ООО «Деловые Линии» – основание принятия решения предоставлено в соответствующем столбце.
2. В связи с тем, что на участие в запросе цен по лоту допущена одна заявка, на основании п. 8.11.1 Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг АО «НПО «Электромашина» признать запрос цен несостоявшимся.
3. На основании п. 8.11.3 Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг АО «НПО «Электромашина» заключить договор на сумму 1 319 254,00 рублей с учетом НДС с организацией Федеральное государственное унитарное предприятие «Главный центр специальной связи».
