We invite you to take part in the market research for the services "Provision of freight forwarding services for the delivery of goods of the FOOD, FRESH, FROZEN category, on refrigerated trucks for X5 Group under the project "For the Future" of various tonnage"
The ongoing request for proposals procedure is not a Tender (Competitive bidding process form) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The request for proposals will be conducted in accordance with the Bid form-specification (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the Terms of Reference (Appendix No. 3).

Participation in this offer collection procedure is free of charge.
A prerequisite for participation in the request for proposals is the attachment on the electronic platform of the final commercial offer following the completion of the procedure, indicating: prices in the currency of the competitive bidding process excluding VAT.
