Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Post-payment upon the fact of services rendered. Payment for the Freight Forwarder's services is made by the Customer within 5 (Five) banking days from the date of receipt by the Customer of the original documents. The periods of rendering services are calendar days of the month from the 1st (first) to the 15th (fifteenth) day and from the 16th (sixteenth) to the end of the calendar month.
Delivery terms:Cargo pickup by road from the Cross Dock in Krasnoyarsk - delivery to the pick-up points of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Irkutsk region, Republic of Buryatia. Shipment regularly 1-2 p/week. Delivery time is 2-5 days from the date of shipment (depending on the direction).

Comments:
"The supply and use of vehicles of the appropriate carrying capacity and destination when taking cargo from the sender's Cross Dock. Monthly processing of the vehicle with disinfectants (provision of a certificate of work performed based on the results of processing the machine)
The maximum permissible mass of the required transport is from 1500 to 3000 kg. When delivering cargo, it is required to maintain a temperature regime of +8 +15C!"
