Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for the services of the Freight Forwarder is made by the Customer in a non-cash form by transferring the funds to be paid to the account of the Forwarder within 30 (Thirty) calendar (for SMEs - 15 (Fifteen) working) days from the date of signing by the parties of the acceptance certificate of the services rendered (Appendix No. 2 ) on the basis of an invoice and a consignment note with a mark on the issue and receipt of cargo by fax / e-mail, followed by sending the originals of the invoice and a consignment note with marks on the issue and receipt of the cargo.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
