1. The request to ask all questions on the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. The participant of the request must attach to the application the documents specified in paragraph 4 of the statement of work, as well as the completed Appendix No. 1 on Tariffs for delivery in compliance with the temperature regime.
The participant can choose one or more agglomerations for his tariff offer. In the agglomerations selected by the participant, all routes included in the agglomeration must be charged
