Payment terms:
Payments for the services rendered are accepted acts of work performed, consisting of the actual mileage and the actual hours of waiting for the vehicle, or the actual time of the vehicle / personnel, confirmed by the report from BSMTS (On-board vehicle monitoring system) and / or the corresponding marks of the authorized representative of the Customer in the travel a sheet on the time of arrival and departure of the vehicle / personnel to / from the facility / a, but not less than the minimum shift - 11 hours, according to the current tariff.
Carriage in one flight, including travel on roads, both paved and difficult to reach, is calculated as the sum of such trips (combined option).
Payment for the rendered Services is carried out within 90 (ninety) calendar days, but not less than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of the rendered Services and on the basis of the original invoice of the Contractor.
The expenses incurred by the Contractor for repair, maintenance and maintenance of the transport, fuel and lubricants, insurance costs, expenses for the maintenance of the Contractor’s employees, including travel expenses, per diem and other expenses related to the provision of transport services, shall not be paid. During the execution of the Task, the Customer does not provide the Contractor’s personnel with food, a place of rest and overnight. Creation of conditions for comfortable fulfillment of the assignment of the Contractor’s own personnel is carried out by forces and at the expense of the Contractor.
Travel on toll road sections (except for the expenses charged by the Plato system), ferries and ferries, transportation of oversized cargo (clearance costs) are compensated by the Customer on the basis of supporting financial documents.
Requirements for documenting transportation in accordance with the Code of Road Transport and accounting of documents are indicated in the text of the application.
We draw your attention to the requirements for the execution of the act of work performed / UPD. The act / UPD must necessarily indicate: full name, legal address, TIN (KPP, if any) of the Customer and the Contractor.

Delivery terms:
Place of work:
- delivery of goods and equipment from Izhevsk to the fields of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, Eastern Siberia and vice versa;
- delivery of goods and equipment from Izhevsk to the fields of Perm, Orenburg region, the Republic of Tatarstan, Bashkortostan and vice versa. Main routes and transportation schedule:
- Izhevsk-Ust Kut (1-2 times a month, with direct and reverse loading 15-20tn),
- Izhevsk-Nizhnevartovsk-Izhevsk 3-4 times a month, with a load of 15-18t .;
- Izhevsk-Buzuluk-Izhevsk.
- Izhevsk-Perm Territory, deposits of LLC Lukoy-Perm.

Application conditions:
Transport is provided within 24 hours after application. In the case of an urgent application, transport is provided within 4 hours. In the event of equipment breakdown during equipment delivery to the customer, it is necessary to immediately take measures to replace the faulty equipment, inform the customer. Upon delivery of equipment to the customer, the driver must sign the TTN, make a note of arrival and departure from the customer in the waybill.
For loading the transport at the departure point, the time is determined no more than 3 hours from the moment of arrival. For unloading vehicles at the arrival point, a time of not more than 3 hours is determined from the moment of arrival and notification of personnel. Time spent on loading and unloading in excess of the indicated time is considered as downtime and is paid separately at the tariff.
If it’s idle for reasons beyond WFT’s reasons (Customer’s fault, adverse weather conditions, etc.), the payment is calculated:
- at a rate of 30% of the tariff, for each hour of downtime in the summer period (June-August),
- at a rate of 60% of the tariff, for each hour of downtime the rest of the time (September-May);
The Contractor begins to provide transport services from the moment of receipt of the application with the availability of pre-issued passes for the vehicle and a driver for the objects of the main Customer of the company Weatherford LLC.
During the execution of the contract, an increase in the production program is possible and the Contractor should be ready to provide equipment in an amount exceeding the minimum vehicle availability specified in the Terms of Reference.
Obligatory presence of the counterparty (Contractor):
- documents required for issuing passes in accordance with the most stringent requirements of customers (LV, GPN, Lukoil, etc.) for all fields on which Weatherford LLC will operate, all types of permits for the transportation of oversized cargo;
- passes, coupons for crossing, coupons for toll roads (winter roads);
- documents and permits, in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation and corporate standards in the field of labor protection, industrial safety and environmental protection, road safety, Technical Standard "Transport Safety", Technical Standard "Personal Protective Equipment";
- contingency plan that may arise in the provision of services;
- certified dispatchers, honey. workers for a survey of drivers (or an agreement with a specialized center for a survey of drivers), supervisors of those. vehicle condition;
- employees of health, safety and environmental protection, staffing at least 1 person per 100 employees;
- licenses (permits) for types of work, services requiring licensing in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation;
- instructions for each type of work, if the work is specified in the Weatherford corporate standards.
Vehicles (TS) must be executed in the ownership of the Contractor. It is allowed to attract third parties (subcontracting) by prior written agreement with the Customer.
It is mandatory that there is a substitute transport and drivers (in case of an emergency), with valid passes for travel to the facilities of the main customers.
The Contractor provides the crew (staff) to perform the Services specified in the Transport Application. Personnel must have the necessary tolerances when entering the line. Personnel should be provided with the necessary minimum set of PPE, including:
• Safety shoes with shockproof toe cap;
• Helmet;
• Protective glasses;
• Overalls;
• Work gloves.
• Other PPE required by the security policy at the Customer’s facilities.
All Contractor personnel involved in the provision of the Services must be trained in all processes and types of work, have the appropriate qualifications, have experience, skills and ability to perform work in accordance with industry practice, have all the necessary certificates and certificates. Drivers must have compulsory courses on safe driving in specialized accredited training centers, agreed by the customer service.
The vehicle (TS) must be in technically sound condition, fully equipped with serviceable equipment, accessories, tools, a bill of lading or a retractable ladder, in accordance with the requirements of applicable law, the Agreement and the Transport Application. Filled with fuels and lubricants in the amount that ensures the performance of the Services on the Transport Application. The vehicle must be equipped with a working On-Board Vehicle Monitoring System (BSMTS), with providing the Customer with remote access online to the BSMTS. Also, the vehicle must be equipped with a video recorder (in some cases, two-way, with the ability to record video inside the cabin and corresponding to the current customer requirements for technical specifications (memory, resolution, etc.), a reverse sound signal, spark arrester and everything that is included in The main list of customer requirements for travel to its production facilities.
The age limit for operating equipment is 10 years.
At various objects of the Customer’s work, additional requirements for the vehicle and crew may be applied, in accordance with the security requirements of the General Customer.
The contractor undertakes:
- comply with the terms of the contract and its applications;
- maintain a fixed price for the services provided throughout the term of the contract;
- ensure timely passing of technical inspection of cars and registration of insurance policies;
- conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip medical examinations of staff;
- maintain at the same time the minimum number of operational units of equipment with valid passes, both for drivers and vehicles for substitution;
- draw up travel agreements on ferries, ferries, toll roads on their own;
- to fulfill other requirements on the part of the Customer regarding the subject of the provision of services when they arise;
- ensure the passage of transport audit at the request of the Customer ..
- cargo linking using its own linking materials.
