Obligatory presence of the counterparty (Contractor):
- passes or documentation (it is impossible to obtain without representatives of Weatherford), necessary for issuing passes to all fields of the Customer, on which Weatherford LLC will operate;
- licenses and / or permits for the carriage of goods, in accordance with the specifics of the work;
- passes, coupons for crossing, coupons for toll roads (winter roads). Travel on toll road sections (except for the expenses charged by the Plato system), ferries and ferries are compensated by the Customer on the basis of supporting financial documents.
- documents and permits, in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation and corporate standards in the field of labor protection, industrial safety and environmental protection, road safety, the Technical Standard "Transport Safety", the Technical Standard "Personal Protective Equipment", an emergency action plan that may arise in the provision of services;
- certified dispatchers, honey. workers for the inspection of drivers, controllers tech. vehicle condition;
- employees of health, safety and environmental protection, staffing at least 1 person per 100 employees;
General requirements for vehicle and crew.
The Contractor provides the crew (staff) to perform the Services specified in the Transport Application. Personnel must have the necessary tolerances when entering the line. Personnel should be provided with the necessary minimum set of PPE, including:
• Safety shoes with shockproof toe cap;
• Helmet;
• Protective glasses;
• Overalls;
• Work gloves.
• Other PPE required by the security policy at the Customer's facilities, including PPE necessary to prevent the spread of the COVID virus 19
All personnel of the Contractor involved in the performance of the work under this Agreement must be trained in all processes and types of work, have the appropriate qualifications, have experience, skills and ability to perform work in accordance with industry practice, have all the necessary certificates and certificates. Drivers must have compulsory courses on safe driving in specialized accredited training centers, agreed by the customer service.
The vehicle must be in technically sound condition, fully equipped with serviceable equipment, accessories, tools, in accordance with the requirements of applicable law, the Agreement and the Transport Application. Filled with fuels and lubricants in the amount that ensures the performance of the Services on the Transport Application. The vehicle must be equipped with a working On-board Vehicle Monitoring System (BSMTS), with the provision to the Customer and the General Customer, at whose facilities remote access services are provided online to the BSMTS. Also, the vehicle must be equipped with a two-way video recorder with the ability to record video inside the cabin, an audio signal for reversing, a spark arrestor and everything necessary, which is included in the main list of requirements of the Customer, for travel to its production facilities.
The contractor undertakes:
- comply with the terms of the contract and its applications;
- maintain a fixed price for the services provided throughout the term of the contract;
- ensure timely passing of technical inspection of cars and registration of insurance policies;
- conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip medical examinations of drivers;
ensure the passage of transport audit at the request of the Customer;
Availability of at least one of the following vehicle types in the transport company in Usinsk:
- passenger car pickup;
- minibus;
- truck crane with a lifting capacity of 25 tons with slingers, slings and with strapping wire;
- truck tractors (all-terrain vehicles) for transporting goods on winter roads, as well as for public roads
- semitrailers with a loading capacity up to 25 tons
- lorry all-terrain vehicle with a carrying capacity of 10 tons with the possibility of transporting cars on a wheelbase
- front-end loader and a / m g / p up to 10 tons. with the CMU as a backup equipment for the provision of emergency / one-time services
- cross-country shift transport
Types of work in Usinsk:
