Payment for the Services rendered is carried out within at least 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the Services on the basis of the original invoice, the original invoice of the Contractor and the Act of work signed by the Customer.
Delivery terms:
The presence of a special vehicle for the transport company:
- A car with a tank of 16 - 20 cubic meters. m. on the chassis "all-terrain vehicle" from 8 units (2 links);
During work, cars are grouped into units of 3 units. 1 reserve vehicle in case of replacement or to complete the link, depending on the operating mode. Each performs work as part of the hydraulic fracturing fleet.
Activities:
- the provision of services for the delivery of process water and process fluid from sources agreed with the Customer;
- refueling of hydraulic fracturing tanks (bullet) at subsurface user deposits (connecting diameter 4 inches (100mm)), Weko quick-acting ballast;
- monitoring the level of filling the hydraulic fracturing tank and adding bactericide to those water tanks.
Obligatory presence of the counterparty (Contractor):
- the availability of the transport company the opportunity to receive coupons for crossings, toll roads (winter roads) on which Weatherford LLC will operate,
- a set (package) of documents for vehicles and drivers necessary for obtaining passes for deposits;
- documents and permits, in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation and corporate standards in the field of labor protection and industrial safety, labor protection and OS, road safety, Technical Standard "Transport Safety", Technical Standard "Personal Protective Equipment";
- availability of policies in the field of industrial safety, labor protection and environmental protection;
- the presence (possibly under a contract) of certified dispatchers, honey. workers for the inspection of drivers, controllers tech. vehicle condition;
- licenses for work (permits for water withdrawal) and the existence of an agreement with the environmental supervision service for the abstraction of water from natural sources;
- on cars of technical inspection, insurance policies
Personnel involved to carry out work should be:
- trained and certified for the types of work performed (safe driving, including additional training in the following sections: training in winter driving, the safe management of special equipment, etc.);
- have experience, skills and ability to conduct the above work;
- have the appropriate qualifications, confirmed by certificates, permits and other certificates;
Managers and specialists should be trained and certified in the field of industrial safety and labor protection.
The contractor undertakes:
- comply with the terms of the contract and applications;
- maintain fixed tariffs for the services provided throughout the term of the contract;
- provide pre-trip, post-trip medical control of personnel;
- Provide constant access to BSMTS equipment working for the Customer, provide on demand reports on the units of interest to the customer.

- to provide accommodation for personnel in the fields at the expense of the Contractor. Under the conditions of the possibility of placing personnel by the Customer, the service is provided by the Customer.
Special conditions:
1. Strict implementation of the terms of the contract and applications.
2. Fixed price (tariff) until the end of 2020.
3. The production program is indicated with an option of the Customer of 25%.
4. Delivery of equipment on request (within 24 hours). In case of remoteness of deposits more than 200 km. within 48 hours.
5. If idle, at the request of the Customer, as well as weather conditions, payment is made in the amount of - 60% of the tariff in the winter, 30% of the tariff in the summer. But no more than 11 hours a day.
6. Payment terms: Not earlier than 60 calendar days from the date of signing of acts of work performed.
7. The vehicle year of manufacture must not exceed: for trucks - 10 years, cars - 5 years, minibuses - 5 years;
8. All cars must be equipped with BSMTS. The contractor provides on-line access to the vehicle monitoring systems involved in the contract.
9. All vehicle trips are reflected in the report with the date, time, vehicle number and scan copy of the route along the unloaded BSMTS tracks. Acts of work performed are provided only with confirmation of BSMTS data.
"10. The contractor provides support for the PUF link (in winter at an average daily temperature below 0C) at the YNAO deposits, the tariff is included in the cost of the AC 16-20 m3;

11. During the mobilization and transfer of vehicles between fields at a distance of over 100 km. payment is made for the mileage of tankers (without accompanying transport), based on an average speed of 40 km / h.
12. Accommodation of personnel in the fields is organized by forces and at the expense of the Contractor. The customer assists in the organization and placement of the Contractor’s personnel.
13. The preparation of the necessary documents for the collection of industrial water from sources is carried out by and at the expense of the Contractor.
14. The applicant must own at least 70% of the total number of vehicles, in case of attracting the remaining 30% of the vehicles on a subcontract basis, the drivers of these vehicles must be on the staff of the applicant organization.
