Comments:
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. To their proposals in electronic form to the participants of this procedure MUST attach all the necessary documents to the applicants until the envelopes are opened at the same time as the proposal signed by the authorized person and certified by the seal organization participating in the procedure. Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, either the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (confirming documents the participant provides at the same time as the commercial offer).
4. The cost of freight is provided based on the volume of freight specified in the application "LOT Nob-08-41-2015 (tender documentation).
