Payment terms:
1. Payment for the cost of services is made by transferring funds by the Customer to the settlement account of the Contractor no later than 120 days after the provision of an act of performed services (work), invoices, drawn up transport documents confirming the volume of services rendered and acts of reconciliation of settlements.
2. The Contractor is obliged to provide waybills for the worked period from the 1st to the 10th day of the current month no later than the 15th day of the current month, for the worked period from the 11th to the 25th day of the current month no later than the 30th day of the current month, for the worked period from 26th to 30th (31) the day of the current month within a period not later than the 4th day of the month following the month of rendering the services. If the 4th day coincides with a holiday or a day off, the Contractor provides the specified documents on the first working day following the day off or a holiday. Together with the waybills, the Contractor provides the Customer with duly executed acts of work performed, registers and an invoice under this agreement for the reporting period.

1. Availability of permits, licenses, certificates for the provision of services.
2. Availability of production branches in the declared region.
3. Possibility of one-time provision of sets of special equipment for dismantling, transportation, installation of drilling rigs, moving of drilling crews on one-time requests.
4. Availability of the required number of serviceable equipment to avoid downtime in emergency situations (lifting equipment, freight transport equipment, earthmoving equipment, PPU (steam mobile units), services of specialized road-building equipment, tank trucks, obtaining permits for the passage of large equipment).
5. Execution of the application no later than 16 hours from the receipt of the application.
6. Willingness to conclude a contract for the provision of transport services on all terms of the Customer.
7. Fixing the price for the entire period of the contract.

4. Availability of a dispatch service, operating around the clock, equipped with serviceable telephone and facsimile communications.
5. The Contractor provides the Customer with a range of services in full and on the terms stipulated by the Agreement.
6. To provide services, acquire the necessary permits and passes, including one-time for the transportation and towing of bulky and heavy goods for the right to travel on roads at their own expense.
7. Ensure the safety of the transported cargo and equipment. In the event of damage to the transported cargo and equipment of the Customer through the fault of the Contractor and the downtime (unproductive work) of the links, teams of the Customer, arising in connection with this, the Customer has the right for the downtime period to expose the Contractor a fine in the amount of the cost of downtime (non-productive work) of the drilling rig (by type ) based on the cost of one hour of downtime. In addition, the Contractor reimburses the cost of repairing damaged equipment on the basis of documents confirming the costs of the Customer.
8. The Contractor is obliged at his own expense and on his own to ensure the installation of "instruments" of satellite control over vehicles, in the logistics department of LLC MC Tatburneft (for 3 workplaces on the written instructions of the Customer) of his own transport, as well as the Sub-Contractor and / or rented performing work at the Customer's facilities in the "on-Line" mode, as well as in the event log mode. Satellite navigation information must comply with the established technical requirements of the Customer.
9. A guarantee for compliance with the requirements of the Customer in the field of health, safety and environmental protection, compliance with the legislation on the protection of subsoil, the environment, natural resources, safety rules in the oil and gas industry, traffic rules when operating equipment, as well as ensure the safety of passengers during their transportation.
10. Obligations of the applicant to prohibit the direction of equipment, as well as the driver's staff without passes, spark arresters to the Customer's facilities (if necessary, at the request of the Customer).
11. The time spent by vehicles in operation should not exceed more than 10 years for special equipment, consent to be checked by the commission of the technical condition of the vehicle fleet, technical audit of the enterprise.
12. Truck cranes, buses must be equipped with video recorders.
13. Unilaterally, the number of mash / hours can change towards both decrease and increase (+/- 30%) based on the needs of the Customer.
14. Possibility of using the declared vehicles for one-time requests to remote fields or business trips at the request of the Customer.
15. Provide replacement (repair) of the vehicle at the expense of the Contractor no more than 2 hours, excluding the time for the delivery of the vehicle from the main base of the Contractor, but no longer than 4 hours.
16. Provide the Customer with a list of officials within 10 calendar days from the date of signing this Agreement (indicating the position, full name, contact phone number), obliged at the invitation of the Customer to arrive at the specified place and authorized to participate in the commissions to investigate cases of non-compliance or improper fulfillment of obligations under this agreement. In case of changes in the list, within 5 working days, inform the Customer in writing about the changes.
17. In the event of the application of penalties by the Customers for the construction of wells through the fault of the Contractor, the Contractor shall reimburse the Customer for the losses incurred in connection with this in the amount of the imposed fines.
18. The customer can unilaterally, without notifying the Contractor, change the cost of the lot downward.
