Payment terms:
1. Payment for the cost of services is made by transferring money to the settlement account of the Contractor by the Customer no later than 90 days after the provision of the act of executed services (works), invoices, issued transport documents confirming the volume of services rendered and reconciliation accounts.
2. The executor is obliged to provide travel sheets for the worked period from 01 to 10 of the current month in time not later than the 15th day of the current month, for the worked period from 11 to 25 the day of the current month, not later than the 30th day of the current month, for the period from 26 30 (31) the number of the current month in time on the date not later than the 4th day of the month following the month of the provision of services. If the 4th day coincides with a holiday or a day off, the Contractor submits these documents on the first business day following the weekend or public holiday. Together with the traveling sheets, the Contractor provides the Customer with duly executed acts of completed work, registers and invoice for this contract for the reporting period.

4. 5. Execution of the application not later than 16 hours from the receipt of the application.
6. Willingness to conclude a contract for the provision of transportation services on all terms of the Customer.

8. The Contractor shall ensure at his own expense and with his own forces the installation of "instruments" of satellite control over vehicles, the logistics department of LLC "UK Tatburneft" (for 3 workplaces at the written instruction of the Customer) own transport, as well as the Sub-filler and / or leased performing work at the Customer's facilities in the on-line mode, as well as in the event log mode. The information of the work of satellite navigation must comply with the established technical requirements of the Customer.
9. Guarantee for compliance with the Customer's requirements in the field of HSE, compliance with the legislation on the protection of subsoil, environment, natural resources, safety rules in the oil and gas industry, traffic rules in the operation of machinery, and ensure the safety of passengers when transporting them .
10. Obligations of the applicant to prohibit the sending of equipment, as well as drivers without passes, spark arresters to the Customer's facilities (if necessary, at the request of the Customer).

16. To provide the Customer with a list of officials within 10 calendar days, from the date of signing this Agreement (indicating the position, full name, contact phone number) obliged at the invitation of the Customer to arrive at the designated place and authorized to participate in commissions to investigate cases of non-fulfillment or improper performance of obligations under this contract. In case of making changes in the list, within 5 working days, inform the Customer in writing about the changes that have occurred.

18. The Customer unilaterally, without notice to the Contractor, may change the value of the lot in the direction of reduction.
