Delivery terms:1. Delivery of equipment according to applications (within 24 hours, 2 hours in case of urgent application).
2. Fulfillment of the terms of the contract and applications.
3. Fixed rate during the term of the contract.
4. The production program is indicated with the option of the Customer / -30%.
5. Payment terms: Not earlier than 90, but not later than 120 calendar days from the date of signing of acts.
"6. The vehicle year of manufacture must not exceed: for trucks - 10 years, cars - 5 years, minibuses - 5 years;
The applicant must own at least 70% of the total number of equipment, in case of attracting the remaining 30% of the vehicles on a subcontract basis, the drivers of these vehicles must be in the staff of the applicant organization. "
7. The ability to obtain passes to the Customer’s deposits (preparation of the necessary package of permits);
8. For hourly billing, the minimum shift is indicated in the column "number of hours per shift -" FROM ", then payment is hourly;
9. Delivery of slinger by forces and at the expense of the Contractor.
10. Passes for traveling on the ESPO road are obtained by the Contractor independently and at his own expense. Their payment is reassigned by the Contractor - the Customer upon the fact of the trips made.
Personnel involved in the work must:
- Be trained in the types of work performed;
- have experience, skills and ability to conduct work;
- have the appropriate qualifications;
- have slingers certificates; know sling patterns;
- passed courses on "protective driving", "driving with comments";
- to have passes for driving to the Chayandinskoye field
Certifications:

- first aid
- physical examination marked "suitable for work in the Far North"
Managers and specialists should be trained and certified in the field of industrial safety and labor protection.

The contractor undertakes:
- comply with the terms of the contract and its applications;
- maintain a fixed price for the services provided throughout the term of the contract;
- ensure timely passing of technical inspection of cars and registration of insurance policies;
- conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip medical examinations of drivers;
- to conduct transport audits of the company.

Transport for transportation of goods.

Availability of transport equipment in Ust-Kut:
- truck crane with a lifting capacity of 25 tons with slingers, slings and with strapping wire;
- truck tractors (all-terrain vehicles) for transporting goods on winter roads, ESPO road, as well as for public roads
- semitrailers with a loading capacity up to 25 tons
- lorry all-terrain vehicle with a carrying capacity of 10 tons with the possibility of transporting cars on a wheelbase
- front-end loader and a / m g / p up to 10 tons. with the CMU as a backup equipment for the provision of emergency / one-time services;
- availability of a certified vehicle for the transport of radioactive sources

- unloading and loading of customer equipment
- transportation of goods on public roads, the ESPO road and the winter car
- truck crane services
- transportation of dangerous goods (propane - oxygen), fuels and lubricants, radioactive sources

Comments:
1. The request to ask all questions on the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2.
