Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

2. Port of St. Petersburg (requires accreditation from the driver)-Novkuybyshevsk. The cargo is not dangerous.

3. Port St. Petersburg (requires accreditation from the driver)-Yaroslavl. The cargo is not dangerous.

4. Port St. Petersburg (requires accreditation from the driver)-Ryazan. The cargo is not dangerous.

5. Port St. Petersburg (requires accreditation from the driver)-Dzerzhinsky (Nizhny Novgorod region). The cargo is not dangerous.

6. Port St. Petersburg (requires accreditation from the driver)-Tolyatti. The cargo is not dangerous.
