Payment terms:
1) Working hours: "Change". To the payment of the rendered services the acts of the executed works confirmed by the report from BSMTS and corresponding marks of the authorized representative of the customer in a travel sheet on the time of arrival and departure of the vehicle on/from the object/a production are accepted. Work, but not less than the minimum working shift-4 hours, according to the current tariff on the CU.
2. Payment of the "monthly rate" mode:
Payment of 1 (one) month of use of the car with the crew. For payment of the rendered services the acts of the executed works confirmed by the report from BSMTS (on-board system of monitoring of vehicles) and corresponding marks in a travel sheet of the authorized representative of the customer are accepted.
In case of early termination of works or rendering of services the payment of a part of a monthly rate proportionally spent shifts in a month and hours in shift is made.
3. Operation mode: "Outbound". To the payment of the rendered services are accepted acts of the executed works, folding from actual run on mileage and actual hours of waiting of the vehicle, confirmed by the report from BSMTS (on-board system of monitoring of vehicles) and corresponding Authorized representative of the customer, according to the current tariff for the CU. Carriages in one flight, including road traffic, both hard and TRUDNOPROHODIMYM, are calculated as the sum of such trips (combined version).
Payment for rendered services is carried out within 90 (ninety) calendar days, but not less than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of rendered services and on the basis of the original invoice of the executor.
Payment shall not be subject to expenses incurred by the executor, connected with repair, technical maintenance and maintenance of the correct condition of transport, provision of transport of fuel, insurance expenses, expenses for maintenance of employees of executor, including Travel expenses, subsistence allowance and other expenses related to the provision of transport services. During the task the customer does not provide the staff of the executor with food, place of rest and lodging. Creation of conditions for comfortable fulfillment of task of own personnel of executor is carried out by forces and at the expense of executor.
Travel on paid sections of roads (except for expenses, charged by system Plato), ferry and ferries, transportation of oversized cargo (expenses for registration) are compensated by the customer on the basis of supporting financial documents.
When providing transport services to the CU and crew in the area of novoport deposit and other possible objects of autonomy, the customer pays for accommodation and delivery/removal of personnel to/from the deposit at his own expense.

During the execution of the contract, it is possible to increase the production program and the executor must be ready to provide the equipment in the amount exceeding the minimum availability of the TS specified in the technical specification.

- The number of employees from, PB and HSE, consisting in the staff of the enterprise should be not less than 1 person for 100 workers;
- All responsibility for safe carrying out of works, investigation of accidents, in case of their occurrence, is assigned to the executor;
The Contractor shall:
- Comply with the terms of the contract and its annexes;
- Maintain fixed tariffs for rendered services during the entire term of the contract;
- To provide the preflight, Poslerejsovyj medical control of the personnel;
- Provide technical control of those. Condition of cars;
- Maintain a minimum number of working units with valid passes, both for drivers and transport for substitution;
- To draw up independently the agreements on travel on crossing, ferries, paid sections of roads;
- To fulfill other requirements on the part of the customer concerning the subject of rendering services at their occurrence;
- Ensure the passing of the transport audit at the request of the customer.
