Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Comments:
Initial maximum freight rate: 87,000.00 rubles per car

Mandatory requirement:
- Submission of a commercial offer with a validity period of at least 60 calendar days.
- Route - Astrakhan region., Astrakhan, st. Dzerzhinsky, 74 b - 456203, Chelyabinsk region, the city of Zlatoust, st. Kirova, 1 (distance 1700 km).
- The cost of services - should include all taxes, fees, cargo insurance, maintenance, depreciation, fuel and lubricants and other expenses associated with the provision of services are included in the price of the Agreement.
- The responsibility of the parties is specified in the Agreement.

The remaining conditions are specified in the terms of reference and the draft contract.
