Auto-extension

Payment terms:The final payment for the Services rendered is made by the Customer with a delay of at least 60 and no more than 90 calendar days from the date the Customer signed the acceptance certificate signed and sent by the Contractor (Appendix No. 5) of the services rendered by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor or in other ways, not contradicting the legislation of the Russian Federation.
