Comments:
Proposals are considered if the participants agree with the basic requirements of Paulig Rus LLC. Basic requirements are attached in the documentation.

This RFP procedure does not constitute an auction or request for tenders, and is not subject to the Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not imply the Customer's legal obligations to choose the supplier.
Stages:
1. stage. Dates: 10.11.20-20.11.20 (until 16:30). Submission of proposals by transport companies on the B2B portal.
2. stage. Dates: 23.11.20-11.12.20. Consideration of proposals by Paulig Rus LLC and selection of 10 participants of the 3rd stage. Participants will be notified of the results of the 2nd stage no later than 11.12.
3. stage. Dates: 12/14/20-28/02/21. Offline negotiations with participants who have passed the 2nd stage, and the choice of companies with which a contract will be concluded. Conclusion of contracts.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
