Payment terms:within 60 calendar days after the signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the executed works.
Cost of rendered services is determined on the basis of actual time of operation (work) of special equipment without taking into account downtime.
The cost of providing transport services should include the costs of providing fuel, for the current repair, washing at the passage of the maintenance and repair, routine technical maintenance, seasonal tire installation work (sets of summer and winter tires, storage Tire kit, tyre installation), compulsory civil liability insurance (CASCO optional), evacuation of the car to the place of repair at its breakage, repair of tires, travel expenses, delivery of special equipment to the facility, etc.
Delivery terms:According to the terms of the contract.
The time of rendering services is up to 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays.
Timely provision of leased machinery in serviceable condition with the possibility of timely replacement of faulty to a similar serviceable.

Provision of transport services with driver
It is necessary to attach the information about vehicles in the form according to annex № 1 to the commercial proposal.
Availability:
- Equipment Park;
- Backup of similar equipment in case of malfunction of the main;
- Licenses for the provision of these types of services.
Be sure to attach certified scans of the following documents:
1. Accounting reporting (Form № 1 and Form № 2) for the last reporting year with a mark of acceptance by the tax authority;
2. Income tax returns for the last reporting period and for the year prior to the current one, with a mark of acceptance by the tax authority;
3. VAT declarations for the two previous reporting quarters with a note of acceptance by the tax authority;
4. Information on average number of employees for the last reporting year (form for CPV 1110018);
5. Declaration on property tax for the last reporting year with the mark of the tax authority on acceptance;
6. Certificate from the Federal Tax Service, confirming the absence of an unpaid duty to pay taxes, fees, insurance premiums, fines and other mandatory payments payable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees, Date not earlier than 1 day of the month preceding the date of conclusion of the contract (code for CPV 1120101)
Without submitting the above documents the submitted proposal for consideration is not allowed!
