Payment terms:Payment is made by transferring funds to the current account of the service provider, within 63 days from the date of signing the certificate of completion, we consider all payment options.

Information for participants:
The duration of the shift on the territory of the plant is 10 hours seven days a week !!!
The list of vehicles and the number of hours are indicated in the procurement procedure and serve to fix the price for the specified period, payment for the actually worked time (including downtime and sucks). MANDATORY !!!!!!!!!
Requirements made by the Customer for vehicles entering the territory of the plant:
1. The driver has overalls, safety footwear, PPE and a gas mask
2. The vehicle is equipped with fire extinguishing means, a spark arrester for the muffler.
The requirements must be met at all points, since the services will be provided on the territory of a secure hazardous production facility with a checkpoint and its own security system. The cost of one car hour includes the cost of fuels and lubricants, repairs, depreciation of equipment and other incidental costs borne by the lessor.

1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Participants of this procedure MUST attach the Bidder's Questionnaire and documents according to the list to their proposals in electronic form, prior to opening the envelopes, at the same time as submitting the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by a participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.

Note: this request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
