Comments:
LLC "Resources of Albazino" invites you to participate in the competition for the provision of services by truck crane with a lifting capacity of 25 tons for loading and unloading of goods and materials in accordance with the terms of reference.

Place of service provision:
Khabarovsk Territory, Polina Osipenko district, in the Amgun - Somnya interfluve, on the right bank of the Erroneous Key in its upper reaches, the site of the Albazinsky Mining and Processing Plant (Coordinates of the uch. Albazino Latitude 52° 51 17.7, Longitude 137° 53 2.6).

Terms of service delivery:
1. Start date: 01.06.2021;
2. Completion date: 31.08.2021 (possible extension to 31.10.2021).
The beginning of the provision of services before the conclusion of the contract under the letter of guarantee from the Customer.

Scope of services:
The volume of services provided is determined by the daily request for the implementation of the PRR in accordance with the work schedule. The customer provides a front of work for the equipment in the amount of 330 machine hours per month (no downtime of the equipment is expected).
Working hours-daily 7 days a week from 8-00 to 20-00 with a lunch break from 13-00 to 14-00.

Technical requirements:
Provide services using a truck crane g / p 25 t of the following characteristics:
- crane base: short;
- country of origin: import (preferably Japan);
- year of manufacture not older than 2005;
- wheel formula 4x4 (all-wheel drive);
- availability of satellite GPS/GLONASS / GSM monitoring of the movement of equipment.
The truck crane must have linings for outriggers, a minimum set of serviceable load-handling devices:
- sling 4SK-25,0/6,0 m – 1 piece;
- sling 4SK-25,0/12,0 m – 1 piece;
- sling SKP1-5,0/6,0 m – 2 pcs;
- sling STP-10,0/6,0 m – 2 pcs;
- sling STP-3,0/6,0 m – 1 piece;
(you must have a passport for each sling),
as well as other means in accordance with the internal regulations of the Customer (flashing light, first aid kit, fire extinguishers, anti-rollback stops, etc)
In the event of a critical breakdown of equipment or equipment, the Contractor shall ensure that the equipment or equipment is replaced within a period of no more than 24 hours with a fully serviceable one in accordance with the requirements in Annex 1 to the Terms of Reference.

Requirements for the Performer:
In accordance with paragraph 14. "Responsibility and obligations of the Contractor", p. 15. "Mandatory requirements for the Performer" of the Technical Task.

Delivery of equipment to the place of rendering services and back:
The contractor independently and at its own expense organizes the delivery of equipment to the place of rendering services no later than 01.06.2021. The Customer compensates the Contractor for the costs (separately from the cost of services) for delivery (to the place of provision of services and back) on the basis of supporting documents (travel documents, acts of work performed, invoices for payment, invoices).

Fuel supply:
The contractor independently enters into a contract for the supply of fuel with LLC "Polymetal DV" (the operator for the supply and refueling of fuel at the Customer's site).
Current fuel prices in May 2021, kg excluding VAT 20%:
- DT EURO grade C type 3 (DT-L-K5) - 65.05 rubles.;
- DT EURO Class 2 type 3 (DT-Z-K5) - 65.72 rubles.;
- Gasoline AI-92 - 70,83 rubles.
The cost of fuel is specified with the operator at the conclusion of the contract.

Accommodation, meals, delivery of the Contractor's personnel to the Customer's facility:
1. At the Customer's facility (the territory of the Albazinsky GOK, Khabarovsk Territory, Polina Osipenko district), the Customer will arrange meals and accommodation for the Contractor's staff at his own expense (expenses are not included in the calculation of the cost of services);
2. Delivery of personnel to the Customer's facility (the territory of the Albazinsky GOK, Khabarovsk Territory, Polina Osipenko district) from the collection point (in Khabarovsk or Komsomolsk-on-Amur) and back, is carried out by and at the expense of the Customer (costs are not included in the calculation of the cost of services);
3. Delivery of personnel from the Contractor's location to the collection point (in Khabarovsk or in Komsomolsk-on-Amur) and back, is provided by the Contractor on its own and at its own expense. The costs must be included by the Contractor in the cost of the work (with the corresponding cost calculation provided);
4. Immediately before arriving at the Customer's facility, the Contractor is quarantined for a period of up to 3 to 5 days in a place determined by the Customer (d. Khabarovsk or Komsomolsk-on-Amur). The collection point for passing the quarantine is specified before mobilization (before entering the quarantine, it is mandatory to provide the conclusion of the medical commission for each employee). For the period of quarantine, food (three times a day), accommodation, medical care (examinations, thermometry, testing for COVID-19) of the Contractor's employees is carried out at the expense of the Customer (costs are not included in the calculation of the cost of services);

Payment for services:
The Customer undertakes to pay the Contractor money in the amount of 100% of the cost of the services actually rendered in the reporting month within 10 (ten) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act on the Provision of services for the reporting month.

We will be grateful to receive your commercial offer no later than 15: 00 (Khabarovsk time) 14.05.2021 with the following applications:
- commercial offer on the official letterhead of the participant signed by an authorized person;
- calculation (calculation) the cost of services (indicating the cost of relocating equipment without including it in the cost of services), as well as the tariff for simple equipment;
- counterparty questionnaire (Adj. No. 2 to the letter) and the reference list;
- scanned copies of the permits required for the provision of services (PSM and a passport for a truck crane with Rostekhnadzor registration, a crane operator's certificate, a passport for each sling);
- constituent documents: the charter (in full in the latest version), the OGRN certificate, the TIN certificate, the decision of the founder on the appointment of the head, the letter of assignment of codes (Rosstat);
- consent to the processing of personal data (in accordance with the form) (appendix No. 3 to the letter).

This procedure for requesting an offer is not a competition and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer the corresponding amount of civil obligations
