Conclusion of a contract as amended by the Contractor. It is allowed to include in the text of the agreement clauses and attachments that are binding on PJSC "Korshunovskiy GOK". The customer has the right to express disagreement with the draft contract of the contractor and send the protocol of disagreements to the participant in the procurement procedure. Simultaneously with the placement of the proposal, the participant should attach copies of the statutory documents (see the list in the procurement documentation) at the time of submitting the proposal. One of the important criteria for evaluating an offer is a deferred payment. The preferred grace period is 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of completion
