Comments:
1. When submitting an application, it is required to provide completed annexes to the request, as well as copies of constituent documents, a certificate of state registration with the assignment of the OGRN, a certificate of tax registration, financial statements (balance sheet + statement of financial results) for the last reporting year with a mark of the Federal Tax Service of Russia, copies of driver's licenses, car registration certificate (color copy on both sides);
- certificate of registration for a tanker truck (color copy on both sides);
- certificate of calibration (verification) of a tanker truck (copy on both sides);
- information about the presence of a vehicle and a tanker in the register of categorization of vehicles of Rosavtodor.
2. In case of disagreement with the proposed form of the contract, when submitting an application, it is necessary to provide a protocol of disagreements.
