Payment terms:Оплата оказанных услуг производится в течение 30 календарных дней после подписания сторонами Акта приема-сдачи оказанных услуг и предъявления Исполнителем соответствующего счета-фактуры.
Расчеты по договору производятся денежными средствами, а также могут иметь иную форму расчетов, не противоречащую законодательству РФ, в том числе путем передачи векселей и пр.
