Requirements to the bidders:

a) compliance of the Bidder with the requirements established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation for persons performing the fulfillment of the obligations that are the subject of the Agreement;
b) failure to liquidate the Participant of the tender - a legal entity and the absence of a decision of the arbitration court on declaring the Participant in the tender - a legal entity, an individual entrepreneur - bankrupt and on the opening of bankruptcy proceedings;
c) non-suspension of the activities of the Bidder in the manner prescribed by the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation on the day of submission of the Bid;
d) submission of information provided for in clause 5.1.4 of the Tender Documentation;
e) the Bidder has no arrears in taxes, fees, arrears of other obligatory payments to the budgets of the budgetary system of the Russian Federation (except for amounts for which a deferral, installment plan, investment tax credit is granted in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees, which restructured in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, according to which there is a court decision that has entered into legal force recognizing the applicant's obligation to pay these amounts as fulfilled or which are recognized as hopeless to be collected in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees) for the past calendar year, the amount of which exceeds 25% (twenty five percent) of the book value of the Bidder's assets, according to the accounting statements for the last reporting period. A tender participant is considered to be in compliance with the established requirement if, in accordance with the established procedure, he has submitted an application for appealing against the specified arrears, arrears and the decision on such an application has not been made as of the date of consideration of the application for participation in determining the supplier (contractor, performer);
f) absence in the register of unscrupulous suppliers (contractors, executors) of information about the Bidder, including information about the founders, members of the collegial executive body, the person acting as the sole executive body of the Bidder - a legal entity;
g) the Participant of the Competition - an individual or the head, members of the collegial executive body or the chief accountant of a legal entity - the Participant of the Competition has no previous convictions for crimes in the economy (except for persons whose convictions have been canceled or canceled), as well as non-use these individuals are punished in the form of deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities that are related to the supply of goods, the performance of work, the provision of services that are the object of the procurement being carried out, and an administrative penalty in the form of disqualification;
h) The Bidder (Insurer) must have civil legal capacity in full to conclude and execute the Agreement (must be registered in the prescribed manner, have a license to carry out the specified types of insurance, valid until the end of the insurance period inclusive), meet the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation to persons providing this type of service;
g) that the Bidder has experience in the performance of similar contracts for the last 2 (Two) years, the cost of which is at least 25% (twenty five percent) of the initial (maximum) price of the Agreement concluded based on the results of the competition.

Tender bids:

Contract conclusion date:

The contract is concluded in writing by drawing up one document signed by the parties.
