Comments: Please note, that this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The contractor is obliged to provide the service on its own. Engagement of the third parties is acceptable only upon a prior written consent of the Customer.
Submitting the offer, the Contractor guarantees being a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Customer, the performer is obliged to provide tax reports for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
If there is no tax reporting or does not allow you to verify the Contractor’s good faith with a reasonable degree of confidence, the Customer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of the independent provision of services by the Contractor, including but not limited to: an extract from organizational chart with copies of labor contracts of the specialists designated to perform the works attached, information on any of the following owned: office, warehouse, production facilities, equipment/tools/mechanisms, transport facilities.
In case none of the said documents are provided, the Customer has the right to reject the proposal (offer).
