Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
3.3. Payment under the Agreement is made in the following order:
- for services of warranty (standard) technical support of the software product "Training, evaluation system. development and recruitment of WebTutor personnel "The Customer, in accordance with the cost specified in Appendix No. 2 to the Agreement, quarterly transfers to the Contractor 100% prepayment based on the invoice issued within 10 (ten) banking days;
- in the case of rendering services for an incomplete quarter, the cost is calculated in proportion to the calendar days of the quarter of rendering services in accordance with the cost of rendering services, established in Appendix No. 2 to the Agreement.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:
Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
