• Certification of cargoes presented for transportation, during their loading and unloading, with the receipt of certificates, protocols and passports, conclusion of the necessary contracts;
• Registration of applications for the transport of goods, control over the coordination and adjustment of transportation plans;
• Harmonization of special conditions of carriage, conclusion of relevant contracts;
• Development and coordination of schemes for locating and fastening cargo;
• Providing paramilitary protection of goods;
• Compulsory and voluntary cargo insurance;
• Customs clearance of goods in the FCS;
• Confirmation of export of goods outside the territory of the Russian Federation;
• Organization of cargo inspection by FSB inspectors, with the opening of the temporary customs zone on non-public routes;
• Presentation of cargo for transportation in general and non-public places at departure stations;
• Registration of railway waybills and a set of transportation documents.

Services are provided on behalf of and in the interests of the customer.
