• Execution of applications for cargo transportation, control over coordination and adjustment of transportation plans;
• Coordination of special conditions of carriage, conclusion of relevant contracts;
• Development and coordination of cargo placement and fastening schemes;
• Provision of militarized cargo protection;
• Compulsory and voluntary cargo insurance;
• Customs clearance of cargoes in FCS;
• Confirmation of goods export outside the territory of the Russian Federation;
• Organization of cargo inspection by inspectors FCS, with the opening of the temporary Customs Zone on the ways of non-common use;
• Presentation of cargoes for transportation in places of general and non-common use at departure stations;
• Registration of railway bills and a set of transportation documents.
