Payment terms:Notification of the Customer about the performance of work by sending a copy of the acts of work performed indicating the results of the work, a copy of the calibration certificates of the equipment and other documents confirming the provision of the work submitted for payment (defective statements, diagnostic cards, etc.) After payment for the Contractor's services
Delivery terms:1. Delivery of equipment to the place of provision of services on the territory of the Russian Federation by forces and at the expense of the Customer
2. Return shipment by the Contractor of the equipment to the Customer at the expense of the Customer
Georeferencing:Russia, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Tomponsky ulus, "Nezhdaninsky" section (577th km of the federal highway "Kolyma" plus 93 km to the "Nezhdaninsky" section)
Comments:
1. More detailed information about the request is set out in the cover letter and the terms of reference (Purchasing documentation).
2. This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
3. This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
