Auto-extension

Payment terms:100% post-payment, within at least 30 calendar days from the date of signing of the Universal Transfer Document (hereinafter referred to as "UPD"), subject to receiving from the Contractor duly executed reporting documents (invoice, UPD signed by the Contractor, daily cleaning act).

Comments:
1. -Successful completion of the Due Diligence procedure (Appendix # 1)
2. –Competitive price for cleaning services (Appendix # 2)
3. -Willingness to fix the cost of services for a period of at least 12 months (fixing for a longer period will be considered an advantage)
4. -The readiness to provide services throughout the territory of the Russian Federation is an advantage (Appendix No. 5)
5. - Minimum purchase - 1 (one) lot
6. -Confirmation of readiness to conclude an Agreement (in the form of the Customer) within 10 calendar days from the date of announcement of the results of the tender (Appendix No. 3)
