Payment terms:Payment for the services performed is made by the Customer on a monthly basis on the basis of the Act of Services Rendered / Universal Transfer document (UPD) by wire transfer by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of signing by both parties of the Act of Services Rendered / UPD. The Customer's obligation to pay for services is considered fulfilled from the moment the funds are debited from the Customer's current account.
Delivery terms:In accordance with the Contract, it is possible to sign an individual specification according to the requirements and wishes for cleaning of the store manager.
