Payment terms:Payment under the contract is carried out in the presence of all necessary documents and the parties have no claims to terms, volumes and quality of services, the Customer makes payment to the current account Contractor within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of signing by the Customer of the act on rendering services, based on the actual volume of rendering services for the past period

Comments:
1. This competitive procedure, at the preliminary choice of the Supplier, is sent in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer as part of the procedure for requesting commercial proposals, which (as well as the pre-selection procedure of the Supplier itself) is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 Part 1 and 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation . Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection process at any time without giving reasons, without incurring any liability to the Participant.$
2. The tender organizer reserves the right to choose several winners, dividing the delivery of the specified quantity of goods at its discretion and without explanation among several potential suppliers participating in the competitive procedure.
