The necessary set of documents for concluding a contract:
1. Extract from the register
2. Copy of the declaration of value added tax (VAT) with a receipt by the tax authority.
3. Certificate of state registration of legal faces
4. Certificate of tax registration faces
5. A statement of the status of calculations of taxes and fees, dated no more than 30 days by the date of submission.
6. Charter
7. Accounting statements for the last reporting period.
Obligatory provision of a commercial proposal with signature and seal.
This request for proposals procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The Organizer has the right to refuse the proposals received for any reason or to terminate the request for quotations at any time without incurring any responsibility to the participants in the request for proposals.
