The required set of documents for concluding a contract:
1. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities
2. A copy of the value added tax (VAT) declaration with a receipt of receipt by the tax authority.
3. Certificate of state registration of legal entities faces
4. Certificate of tax registration of a legal entity faces
5. Certificate on the status of calculations of taxes and fees, dated no more than 30 days by the date of submission.
6. The charter
7. Financial statements for the last reporting period.
Mandatory submission of a commercial proposal with a signature and seal.
In the case of a contract for an amount exceeding RUB 1 million, include in the contracts for the supply / provision of services (in the payment section), the condition of reserving 20% of the cost for goods / services until the submission of VAT declaration files with the following content:
"Payment for work performed / goods supplied is carried out in the following order:
- Payment for 80% of completed work / delivered goods is made by the customer / buyer ... (payment terms).
- The remaining 20% of the cost of work / delivered goods is reserved and paid within 10 calendar days after the occurrence of one of the following events (performing one of the following actions), depending on what happens earlier (but, in any case, not earlier than payment 80 % of the cost of work performed / goods supplied:
a) The contractor / supplier provided the customer / buyer with a copy of the VAT declaration file (including the section "Information from the sales book ..."), submitted by him to the tax authority in electronic form, and a copy of the tax authority's notification on entering the information specified in the tax declaration (calculation ) in electronic form (confirming the absence of errors and contradictions in the declaration file). The declaration must contain the relevant invoices under this agreement and meet the current requirements for the procedure for filling it out and the format for submitting it in electronic form. The files are sent by the contractor / seller to the customer / buyer by e-mail:… (address);
b) The tax authority, following the results of a desk audit of the VAT declaration to the customer / buyer, did not refuse to deduct the VAT amounts on the relevant invoices. "

This RFP procedure is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The organizer has the right to refuse the received offers for any reason or to terminate the request for quotation procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants of the request for proposals.
