Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The customer makes payment under the Agreement in two stages:
Stage I: within 5 (Five) business days from the date of signing the Agreement, on the basis of the invoice received from the Contractor, makes payment in the amount of 30% (Thirty) percent of the total amount of the Agreement.
Stage II: within 5 (Five) business days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of acceptance of the services rendered, and the provision of an invoice drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, on the basis of the invoice received from the Contractor, the Customer makes a final payment of 70% (Seventy) percent of the total amount of the Agreement.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
