Requirements for work:
• The development should be carried out in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia dated 12/08/2020 N 1029 "On approval of the procedure for the development and approval of waste generation standards and limits for their disposal" and the Order of the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia dated December 7, 2020 N 1021 "On approval of guidelines for the development of draft standards waste generation and limits on their disposal ", etc .;
• The applicant is obliged to provide a detailed schedule of his work, indicating the cost of each stage.
• The presence of permits for this type is not required. Any licenses for project development are encouraged.

Mandatory conditions for participation in the tender:
The service provider must provide:
• confirm the availability of work experience in similar types of work;
• confirm the presence of positive references;
• copies of bukh. balance sheet and profit and loss statement for the last 3 years (regarding counterparties not participating in tenders in 2019-2020);
• TCH, which consists of two parts:
a) commercial part;
b) the technical part.
