It is necessary to fill in the bid documentation files:
1. Bidder's questionnaire (signature and stamp on the forms are required);
2. Attach the Commercial Proposal on the letterhead of your organization (according to the form in the Bid Documentation).

The total amount of the Commercial Proposal must be equal to the amount of the bid on the E-Marketplaces.

In the Commercial Proposal to allocate a separate cost for the execution of work on the preparation of preliminary estimates. If your organization does not perform these works, then it is necessary to indicate this information in the Commercial Proposal.

When submitting a price offer for an E-Marketplace, upload all the completed and above-mentioned forms to the files tab, as well as download the Constituent Documents of your organization (Charter, TIN, OGRN).
