This procedure of request for proposals is not a contest and its conduct is not governed by articles 447-449 p.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The Organizer has the right to refuse the received offers for any reason or to terminate the procedure of asking prices at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants of the request proposals.
Documentation provided at the ETP shall contain:
+ Scan version of the commercial offer with the signature and seal of the manager;
+ partner card with details;
+ constituent documents, quality certificates, license, qualification documents of personnel.
