Comments: 1. The organization providing services must have a permit from the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping, with the issuance of certificates for the performance of specific types of activities, as well as a license for the right to distribute class IV and V pyrotechnic products and to dispose of pyrotechnics.
2. The organization must have special certified equipment to perform the works and survey declared in the certificates.
3. The period for the survey of liferafts should be no more than 5 calendar days, the period for the survey of fire-fighting equipment should be no more than 4 calendar days, the period for testing dielectric protective equipment should be no more than 3 calendar days.
4. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
5. Participants of this procedure MUST attach the Bidder's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire to their proposals in electronic form before the envelopes are opened.
6. The set of documents must include a scanned copy of the COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In a commercial proposal, without fail, a positional detailing of the services offered must be displayed.
7. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by a participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity of the supplier's offer is at least 30 days.
