Documents to be loaded:
1) The submitted application for participation should be accompanied by an offer with annexes on the established model and contain the key information on the goods, conditions and terms of delivery offered for delivery.
2) Please read carefully the standard version of the supply contract. The participant has the right to propose a protocol of disagreement, which should be provided as part of the offer. Otherwise it is considered that the participant agrees with the proposed edition.
3) The offer is supplemented with certificates or quality passports, for goods in respect of which the procedure of certification or passport is provided.

General Information:
This procedure of request for proposals is not a contest and it is not regulated by articles 447-449 to 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 to 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
