GENERAL INFORMATION:
This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not governed by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
