| Delivery terms: | 1. The works are carried out without stopping the operation of the facility.
The admission of the contractor's persons to the facility will be carried out only on the basis of previously agreed lists and in the presence of documents confirming their identity, as well as indicating the numbers and brands of machines delivering materials, equipment and other goods for the performance of work.
2. To carry out the work, the Contractor's personnel must have:
- valid certificates and copies of protocols for testing knowledge on labor protection;
- valid fire safety certificates;
- personal protective equipment permitted for use when performing work.
3. The Contractor is responsible for the observance of labor protection and safety regulations by the Contractor's personnel during the performance of work.
4. The contractor must provide weekly operational information on the performance of work in the context of the approved work schedule.
5. The warranty period for the result of work is set 36 (thirty six) months from the date of signing by the parties of the acceptance certificate of the work performed. |
