1) The submitted application for participation must be accompanied by a TCH with attachments and contain key information on the scope of services provided, conditions and terms for the provision of services, information on the implementation of similar projects, permits for the provision of services in accordance with this procurement procedure, etc. Detailed requirements are set out in the TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION.
2) Please carefully read the standard edition of the service agreement, the Participant has the right to offer a protocol of disagreement, which must be provided as part of the Offer, OR the Participant has the right to offer its own edition of the service agreement. In the absence of proposals for the protocol of disagreements or an agreement in the version of the Participant, it is considered that the Participant agrees with the version of the contract for the provision of services proposed by the Organizer of the procurement procedure.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
This RFP procedure does not constitute a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
